SALES MANAGER – JAPAN (1 position)

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

Responsible for the supervision within the kitchen department and overseeing all aspects of running the kitchen and personnel.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in an Sous Chef- or Chef de Party position in a 5 star International hotel would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Asian and Western cuisines
  • Must have knowledge about HACCP/ Food and Hygiene safety trained

  • Managing the production, costing and quality control of all pastry and bakery items in the hotel.
  • To develop profitable concepts and promotions for the hotels bakery outlet.
  • To train and supervise a brigade of bakers, chocolatiers, pastry & dessert chefs, ice carvers & kitchen artists etc.

RESTAURANT CHEF

Responsibility:

  • Maintain knowledge of current resort events, activities, hours of operation as well as dining options currently available

Responsibilities:

  • Achieves sales to government agencies/ organizations
  • Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Evaluates and implements appropriate sales techniques to increase sales volume
  • Contracts and closes group business in addition to conducting site inspections
  • Actively up-sells business opportunities to maximize revenue
  • Drives customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience
  • Provides accurate, complete, and effective turnover to the Events team
  • Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (example: generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence)

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality, male or female, aged 25 -40 years old

  • Good organizational skills and enjoy multi-tasking

Qualifications:

  • Male/Female, Thai nationality
  • Basic command of English
  • Experienced in the F&B Kitchen Department as Chief Steward Position for at least 5 year.

  • Pleasant personality and appearance
 

 

QUALITY SYSTEM SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality, male or female, aged 35 - 45 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Food Technology or Food Science, Chemical or other related fields. At least 3.0 GPA and above.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Thai FDA registration / legislation.
  • Knowledge about the laws and standards in producing type goods such as of ISO, HACCP, GMP, Food Defense, Allergen Control, Pest Control, Kosher and Halal requirements.
  • Knowledge about the Food safety (Biological Hazard, Chemical Hazard, physical hazard).
  • Excellent technical knowledge and project management skills with experience in Product Development will be an advantage.
  • Strong mathematical and computer skills.
  • Laboratory competence including a thorough understanding of experimental design and skills.
